Overview

Our Free Sales Pipeline Alerts are your secret weapon for ensuring high priority leads don't slip between the cracks! This powerful, automated daily digest keeps a vigilant eye on your pipeline, identifying at-risk opportunities like missed calls, texts, and handraisers. With real-time alerts delivered every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You'll have the insights you need to take swift, corrective action and keep your pipeline flowing smoothly.

How it Works

Integration with Follow Up Boss:
Our system seamlessly integrates with FUB, to follow lead activity.

Activity Detection:
MaverickRE uses predefined rules based on industry best practices to identify opportunities that may have been missed. This includes unactioned high priority tags and unanswered calls and texts.

Alert Notification:
MaverickRE will actively track lead activity within FUB to send updates via email three times a week-- every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

  • Email: Only one email per FUB account can receive the Sales Pipeline Alerts.

Rules Based on Activity

Parameters

Description

New lead created but has no short-term outreach

Leads created in last 24 hours with no outreach within 12 hours

Newly created lead in CRM with no outreach (last communication) within 12 hours.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Communication with the lead must be logged in FUB as a call, text or email.

Leads with recent missed calls and no call back

Leads with missed calls in the last 7 days and no call back within 2 hours

The lead wouldn't show up under the rule until 2 hours had passed since the missed call.

The lead would clear from the rule under two conditions:
7 days have passed since the missed call or the call has been returned

Leads with recent missed text and no text back

Leads with missed texts in the last 7 days and no text back within 2 hours

The lead wouldn't show up under the rule until 2 hours had passed since the missed text.

The lead would clear from the rule under two conditions:
7 days have passed since the missed text or reply back to the text

Seller Handraisers with no call/text within 1 Day

Leads with recently added tags, without a call or text within 1 day of the tag being added
