How to cancel your Maxanet subscription

Email support@maxanet.com before the last business day of the month to cancel your Maxanet subscription. Final invoice arrives the following month. Cancel MaxanetPay separately.

Overview

To cancel your Maxanet subscription, send a written cancellation request by email to support@maxanet.com before the last business day of the month. Your subscription officially ends on the last business day of the month in which you submit the request. Because Maxanet bills one month in arrears, you will receive one final invoice in the middle of the following month covering your last month of service. If you also use MaxanetPay, you must cancel your payment processing account separately with Fullsteam.

How to submit your Maxanet cancellation request

Email support@maxanet.com with your cancellation request. Include your company name and Maxanet account details so the support team can identify your account. Submit the request before the last business day of the month β€” requests received after the last business day are treated as a cancellation for the following month's end-of-cycle.

When your Maxanet subscription officially ends

Your subscription officially ends on the last business day of the month in which the cancellation request is received. Between the request date and the end of the month, you continue to have full access to Maxanet as usual.

When you'll receive your final Maxanet invoice

Maxanet bills one month in arrears, so the final invoice for your last month of service arrives in the middle of the month after your cancellation. For example, if you cancel in March, you receive your final invoice covering March around April 15-25. Pay this final invoice through your usual AutoPay or Pay Now flow.

Important: cancel MaxanetPay separately with Fullsteam

Maxanet cancellation does not automatically cancel your MaxanetPay (Fullsteam) credit card processing account. To cancel MaxanetPay, contact Fullsteam Payment Services directly at 334-329-6775 (option 4, then option 2) or email payments.support@fullsteam.com. Your MaxanetPay account has its own contract with Fullsteam that must be terminated separately from the Maxanet subscription.
