MaxanetPay Application Process, Fees, Approval and Merchant Track

· MaxanetPay is our in-house credit/debit card processing program that is fully integrated with the Maxanet software; take note we do not integrate with any other card processors.

· Prohibited Items: Following items cannot be processed using MaxanetPay and should not be listed for sale in online auctions or on your website: firearms, ammo, hunting or military knives and swords, any cannabis items containing THC. Airsoft and BB guns are allowed.

· Signing up for MaxanetPay: It’s a ten-minute application, however, it can take up to ten business days to be approved and boarded. The username (your email address) and password will be what you will use to login to your application portal. · Fullsteam process: A Payment Services representative (PaymentServices@fullsteam.com) will be assigned your application to verify the information you have submitted including a credit check. Your Fullsteam rep will reach out to you via email if they require more banking information and verifications. Fullsteam will also scan your website checking for prohibited items or verbiage about auctioning or selling said prohibited items.

· Voided Bank Check or Bank Letter: You’ll need to provide either a voided bank check or bank letter to confirm the bank account and routing number you’ll be using for card processing proceeds. Fullsteam will reach out to you directly with a secure link to upload either the voided check or bank letter.

· Can we run and close auctions prior to being approved for MaxanetPay? Yes! Your admin registration preferences will be set for CC Not Required to Bid, allowing you to build, run, close and invoice auctions.

· Approval and Boarding: It can take up to ten business days to be approved, please make sure you provide Fullsteam with everything they need to get you approved. You will be informed by email when your MaxanetPay account is approved and boarded; the Maxanet team receives the same email and will then enter your Merchant ID Number into your software admin panel, turning on CC Required to Bid in bidding registration preferences.

· Merchant Track: Take note that at the bottom of your admin panel of a new menu selection: Merchant Track. Inside Merchant Track you can see all your transactions, including the ability to void transactions prior to a transaction being batched, or process partial/full refunds after a transaction has fully processed. · When will processing proceeds hit our bank account? Typically, two-five business days (Monday-Friday). The bidder’s card company funds the transaction and Fullsteam deposits the proceeds minus processing fees into your account.

· Chargebacks: If a bidder files a chargeback against the purchase with their card bank company, Fullsteam will be advised and email you immediately with the information they need to fight the chargeback. Insuring you have strong and clear

Bidder Terms and Conditions is super important. Of course, many bidders don’t read the Terms and Conditions, however, they must agree to the T&C to bid. The amount of the disputed transaction(s) will be debited against your bank account until you either prevail on winning or losing the dispute. The Fullsteam Payment Services team is well versed on the process and will provide you with the information they’ll need to fight on your behalf. Take note of the required deadlines in the communication from Fullsteam.
