Maxanet lets you send a targeted email to every bidder who has placed a bid on a specific item — useful for announcing item updates, condition changes, pickup changes, or inviting bidders to related items. The Email All workflow is available from the item's Bid History page, and there's an associated Item Level Bidders email template you can customize for the subject and body.

From your Maxanet Admin panel, go to Auction → Items → Bids → Bid History page for the specific item. Near the top of the Bid History page is a blue Email All button. Clicking it opens a pop-up window where you can compose and send an email to the bidders on this item.

In the pop-up window, the dropdown at the top lets you choose which email template to auto-fill from. The default choice is Item Level Bidders — select it to auto-fill the subject line and body from that saved template. You can also edit the subject and body directly before sending. The recipient list defaults to all participating bidders on the item, but you can deselect individual bidders if you want to send to a subset. Click Send to dispatch the email.

The Item Level Bidders template is editable under Admin → Configurations → Email Templates. Find it in the list and click Edit to change the default subject, body, and any merge fields. Any changes to the template affect future Email All sends unless you override the content at send time in the pop-up.

All bidders who have placed at least one bid on the item. You can deselect individual bidders in the pop-up if needed.
