Maxanet lets you delete auction items you no longer need, and deletes are fully reversible — deleted items are kept in a hidden state and can be restored at any time from the Show Deleted Items filter. This article covers how to delete items in bulk and how to bring them back.

From your Maxanet Admin panel, go to the auction dashboard and open the Items tab. Check the box next to each item you want to delete (or use select-all for bulk deletion). Click the orange Group Actions button and choose Delete. Confirm in the pop-up. The items are removed from the active Items list but are not permanently erased.

On the Items tab, click the grey Filter button and toggle Show Deleted Items ON, then click Apply. Deleted items appear in the list with a red background color. Check the items you want to restore, click Group Actions, and choose Restore Deleted Items. The items are immediately moved back into the active Items list with all their original data, photos, and settings intact.

No. Deleted items are retained and can be restored from the Filter → Show Deleted Items view. Only explicit purge actions (outside normal admin use) permanently remove an item.

Maxanet may warn or block deletion of items with active bids depending on auction state. For ended auctions, use the Reassign workflow instead of deleting.
