Schedule inventory collection from your warehouse

🧾 How to Submit a Restock Request in the Mayple App and schedule collection from your warehouse

Submitting a restock request allows Mayple to collect your inventory and transfer it to our fulfillment warehouse. Follow the steps below to complete your request:


Step 1: Log In

Log into your Mayple App and navigate to the “Restock” section from the left-hand menu.


Step 2: Create a New Request

Select “Submit New Restock Request.”


Step 3: Choose Shipment Method

Under Shipment Method, select “Ship with Mayple.”
This ensures that Mayple handles the entire end-to-end process — including:

  • Pick-up from your warehouse

  • Delivery to the Mayple facility

  • Export and import clearance

Mayple manages the full logistics chain, so you don’t need to arrange any carriers yourself.


Step 4: Add Pick-Up Location

Under Select Pick-Up Location, choose “Add New Pick-Up Location.”
You’ll be prompted to enter:

  • Warehouse address

  • Warehouse contact name and phone/email

Once complete, click “Create Location,” then select this location as your pick-up address.


Step 5: Enter Inventory Ready Date

Select the date when your inventory will be ready for pick-up.
This helps our operations team schedule the collection accurately.


Step 6: Add Products to the Restock Request

You can add products in one of three ways:

  1. Import a CSV file

  2. Add new products manually

  3. Select from your existing product list (Recommended)

💡 Tip: Mayple automatically pulls product data from your Shopify store and calculates cost of goods based on your retail price.

Ensure each product includes:

  • SKU

  • Product Name

  • Country of Origin (COO)

  • HS Code

  • Barcode

  • Unit Quantity

  • Retail Price

  • Cost of Goods

  • Gross Unit Weight

  • Expiry Date (if applicable)

You can also define batch and expiry tracking requirements:

  • Enable “Track Expiry” or “Track Batch” as needed.

  • If you have expiry and batch data, enter it in the text fields provided; otherwise, leave them blank.

Once complete, select “Continue to Dispatch.”


Step 7: Enter Dispatch Details

In the Dispatch screen, provide your shipment packaging details:

  • Enter box or pallet dimensions and weights

  • Confirm the total number of boxes or pallets ready for collection

This ensures accurate scheduling and vehicle allocation for pick-up.


That’s it! Once submitted, our operations team will review the request and coordinate pick-up based on your selected ready date.
