Activating products

Once the Mayple app is integrated with your store, it will begin syncing your products to our system. To ensure that we can fulfill and track your inventory accurately, you need to activate the products you want to manage with Mayple.

Connecting Products to Inventory Tracking

Your store might use various naming conventions and SKUs for products, such as bundling or assigning multiple SKUs to a single product. Mayple provides a straightforward way to map your store's products to our warehouse inventory.

Steps to Connect Products:

  1. Activate the Product: Ensure the product is activated in the Mayple app.

  2. Map the Warehouse SKU:

    • Click on "Connect Inventory".

    • From the drop-down list, select the corresponding product in our warehouse.

Once mapped, the inventory for that product will automatically update to reflect the correct value and will continue to be updated in the future.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your inventory data remains accurate and up-to-date.
