How to Download and Understand Your Inventory Summary
Managing your inventory is an important part of running a successful business. With Mayple, you can easily keep track of your inventory levels and download a summary of your inventory data. In this article, we will guide you through the process of downloading and understanding your inventory summary.
Navigating to the Inventory Section
To access your inventory summary, you will need to open the Mayple app and go to the Inventory section. This can be found in the main menu of the app. Once you are in the Inventory section, you will see a snapshot of your current inventory data.
Downloading the Inventory Summary
To download your inventory summary, follow these steps:
Select "Download CSV".
Select a date you would like to download the inventory report from.
Once you have selected a date, the CSV file will automatically download to your device.
Understanding Inventory Counts
It's important to note that inventory counts are synced at the start of each day. This means that if you choose to download the CSV file for January 1st, the data will reflect inventory levels as of the start of January 1st and the end of December 31st.
Example of the Exported CSV
The exported CSV will contain all of your inventory data for the selected date. It will include the product name, SKU, current quantity, and any changes in quantity since the previous day. Here is an example of what the CSV file will look like:
