In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to create a return shipping label using the Mayple app, allowing you to streamline your return operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
Follow these steps to create a return shipping label in the Mayple app:
1. Log in to Shopify
Go to your Shopify account and log in.
2. Select Mayple
In the search bar, ensure you choose Mayple.
3. Access the Mayple App
4. Choose the Order
5. Specify Return Details
When prompted, specify:
How many items are you returning?
How many separate packages are needed to return your order?
You may leave the Please select a reason for returning field blank.
6. Initiate the Return
7. Download the Return Shipping Label
8. Send the Label to the Customer
You can now send the shipping label to the customer and have it printed.

Once the return is created, you will have 10 days to send the package.
