Are shipping labels in Mayple set up as DDP or DDU?

Updated over 12 months ago

Here is the list of countries that are defaulted to DDP in the Mayple app and the rest of the countries are defaulted to DDU.

If you prefer to have any of the listed DDP countries shipped as DDU, you can configure this in the app.

Once you launch the Mayple app, please go to Settings -> Shipping or directly to the URL https://app.maypleglobal.com/settings#shipping

There, you will see that, by default, shipping labels are created using the DDP/DTP (Delivered Duty Paid/Delivered Taxes Paid) International Commercial Terms (incoterms) for countries that support it, and DDU/DAP (Delivered Duties Unpaid/Delivered At Place) for countries that don't.

However, you can choose to override the incoterm value to DDU/DAP instead of the default DDP/DTP for countries that support both.

To do that, click the button "+ Add country override", select the country and then proceed:
