As you might have seen, your SD Worx account is migrating from the old SD Worx platform to the new SD Worx platform my.sdworx.com. This change on their side, means that the SD Worx Single Sign-On (SSO) login process for accessing Mbrella is slightly different.
2 different ways* to access your Mbrella account:
*Don't hesitate to test both ways, depending on your SD Worx set-up, one could work and the other one not
1. Starting from my.sdworx.com
1.Start by logging in via my.sdworx.com
2. Once logged in, look for the SD Worx Mobility button on the platform.

3. Click on this button to be redirected to Mbrella.
4. On the Mbrella page, you will be presented with two SD Worx login options.
5. Select the SD Worx Employer login as usual
6. After being redirected a few times, you will finally gain access to Mbrella.
2. Starting from sdworx.mbrella.io
1. If you start from sdworx.mbrella.io and are not logged into either platform, click on the Login SD Worx Employer button.
2. You may encounter a blue message with no direct way to log in.

3. Please click on the my.sdworx.com link (marked by a red arrow in the provided screenshot).
4. Enter your credentials on the new SD Worx identity provider page.
5. After logging in, you will see the SD Worx Mobility button. Click it to return to Mbrella.
6. You will need to click on Login with SD Worx Employer once again to authenticate and access Mbrella.
We understand that this process may feel a bit cumbersome but we re-assure you, your employees will not be impacted by this platform migration.
