I can’t modify my payment method

As a reminder Mbrella Charge offers various payment options for charging sessions

It's important to note that having a valid payment method is crucial for using Mbrella Charge, especially if your company has enabled split billing.

Steps to Modify Your Payment Method

Open the Mbrella Charge App: Ensure you're using the latest version of the app.
Go to the menu: Look for the section settings
Select "Payment Methods": You should see options to add, remove, or modify payment methods.
Follow the Prompts: The app will guide you through the process of adding or changing your payment information.

There are several reasons why you might be unable to modify your payment method:

Account Settings: Your company may have specific settings restricting payment method changes.
Incomplete Profile: Your profile might miss essential information required for payment method changes.
Billing Status: If your profile is "not billable" on your company, account you may not see the option to add or modify payment methods.

If you're still unable to modify your payment method, try these steps:
