- Double-check that the invoice amount is correct. Mbrella Charge uses an advanced system with 18 automated validation checks to ensure 99.8% invoice accuracy.

- If you believe there's an error on your invoice, contact Mbrella Charge support immediately for assistance.

3. Check Account Status:

- Ensure your Mbrella Charge account is active and in good standing.

- If your account status shows as 'incomplete', there might be an issue with your registration or payment method.

4. Insufficient Funds:

- If you're using a credit card or bank account for payment, make sure you have sufficient funds available.

- Some companies use a prepayment system for charging sessions. If this applies to you, ensure your account has enough credit.
