  1. Go to your Mobility hub in your Mbrella account

  2. Navigate to Mobility payment cards

  3. Select Mbrella Pay

  4. Our team will get back in touch with you within 24 hours to guide you through the administrative part. Don’t worry, it’s not a lot of work 😉

What will we need from you?

Fill out this form to finalize the activation

In it, we will ask for some information about the KYB verifications

Here’s what we need from you

  1. Personal details of at least one of the company administrators

    • First and last name

    • Position - Job title

    • Birthdate

    • Personal home address

    • Phone number

    • National registration number

    In some cases, we might also need proof of residence for this company administrator

  2. Please provide us with your company IBAN number

Why do we need this information?

As Mbrella Pay is a financial service, an anti-fraud check needs to be done by our financial partner (Stripe) on the company and administrator.
