I want to order a flex train subscription from SNCB
☝🏽 Go to the mobility hub in your Mbrella account and click “SNCB” to order your subscription.
💡 After you’ve placed your order, you can see the expected delivery date of your subscription by clicking on "SNCB" in your mobility hub.
Which flex subscription should I choose?
The new Flex subscription is ideal for remote workers who travel to the office 2–3 times per week. You can choose from two annual formulas (80 or 120 travel days) and two monthly formulas (6 or 10 travel days) depending on your needs.
After ordering the subscription on Mbrella, you will receive an automatic email from SNCB with a voucher code. Simply enter this code on the SNCB app to activate your subscription.
If you are a frequent traveller, don't worry. We still have you covered with our Standard subscriptions, which are cheaper if you travel more than 3 times a week on the same route.
