STIB/MIVB - Order a subscription

👨🏻‍💼 🧑🏽‍💼 I want to order a subscription from STIB to travel in the STIB-MIVB zone

☝🏽 Go to the mobility hub in your Mbrella account and click “STIB - MIVB” to order your subscription.

💡 Your subscription needs to be ordered before the 25th of the month and will be activated on your MOBIB card on the 1st of the following month. Please note that it can take up to 2 working days for the Mbrella Mobility Concierge to process your order. So order it timely!

❗️ If you don’t have a MOBIB card yet, send a passport photo to subscriptions.support@mbrella.eu AND place your order on the Mbrella portal and STIB will send one to your home address (stored in Mbrella). Delivery times depend on STIB and postal services.

Please note that a new Mobib card can only be ordered on a monthly subscription and not for a Brupass 10 if you need a Brupass 10 you can order a new card on your own with Go Easy
