How to assign a budget to an employee

You've added an employee to the platform & now you want to assign a (new) budget to that person.

  1. Navigate to your Employees > Overview module in the sidebar

  2. Click on the employee you're looking for

  3. Select Budgets in the top bar & click on Add budget

  4. Enter the necessary information & confirm by clicking Save

How to activate a new benefit for your employees

You want to add a new benefit, which wasn't available for your employees in the past.

  1. Navigate to your Mobility hub module in the sidebar

  2. Select the mobility benefit you want to activate

  3. Enter the necessary information & click Next

  4. Select all employees that are eligible for this benefit & confirm by clicking Activate now

How to add an activated benefit for a certain employee

You want to add an employee to a benefit that was available in your company, but not for this employee.

  1. Navigate to your Mobility hub module in the sidebar

  2. Select the mobility benefit for which you want to add an eligible employee

  3. Click Add beneficiary in the top right corner

  4. Select the employee(s) you want to give this benefit & confirm by clicking Add now
