  • As soon as you've done a charging session, a cost will appear for it in Mbrella Charge, based on the information we received from the charging station.

  • However, depending on the type of charger, this might not yet be the exact cost. For this, we need to receive the official report with the exact cost.

  • Only after we've receive the official information from the charging station, we will indicate a charging cost as 'validated'. Depending on the type of charger, this can take a while, so don't worry if your charging session stays 'completed' for a while.

💡A charging cost that needs to be billed through payroll, will only be processed once the validated cost has been received.
