Do you experience issues with login in the Mbrella Charge app? Follow these steps
Password Reset: If you're having trouble logging in, the first step is to try resetting your password:
Open the Mbrella Charge App on your phone
Follow 'Sign in' > 'Forgot password?'
Fill your email & confirm with 'Send'
You should now receive an email to reset your account. If you don't immediately receive the email, please wait a few minutes & check your spam-folder.
Once you've received the email, open the link on your phone, follow the instructions to reset your password. You will now be redirected to the app & should be logged in.
Check Your Email: Make sure you're using the correct email address to log in. Typically, this would be your professional email address associated with your Mbrella account
Verify App Version: Ensure you're using the latest version of the Mbrella Charge app. You can check for updates in your device's app store.
Contact Support: If you're still unable to log in after trying these steps, you can reach out to the Mbrella Charge support team. You can do this in 2 ways:
