I encounter login issues, what should I do?

Read this article if you have issues with logging into the Mbrella Charge App.

Do you experience issues with login in the Mbrella Charge app? Follow these steps

  1. Password Reset: If you're having trouble logging in, the first step is to try resetting your password:

    1. Open the Mbrella Charge App on your phone

    2. Follow 'Sign in' > 'Forgot password?'

    3. Fill your email & confirm with 'Send'

    4. You should now receive an email to reset your account. If you don't immediately receive the email, please wait a few minutes & check your spam-folder.

    5. Once you've received the email, open the link on your phone, follow the instructions to reset your password. You will now be redirected to the app & should be logged in.

  2. Check Your Email: Make sure you're using the correct email address to log in. Typically, this would be your professional email address associated with your Mbrella account

  3. Verify App Version: Ensure you're using the latest version of the Mbrella Charge app. You can check for updates in your device's app store.

  4. Contact Support: If you're still unable to log in after trying these steps, you can reach out to the Mbrella Charge support team. You can do this in 2 ways:

    1. In-App Support: Contact our support team through the in-app chat support feature in the Mbrella Charge App.

    2. Email Support: If you can't access the app at all, you can email the support team at charge.support@mbrella.eu
