How do I make changes to product categories?

You can add, edit or delete product categories to make browsing the menu and managing inventory easier

Any time you create or edit a product, you can select the Primary Category for that product. The default options are:

  • Flowers

  • Concentrates

  • Edibles

  • Pre-Rolls

  • Topicals

  • Seeds

  • Accessories

If the category you are looking for is not listed, you can click the purple Edit button next to the “Primary Category” section. This will navigate you to the Product Categories section under Settings.

  • Here, you can Add, Edit or Delete a category from the list. 

  • You can also arrange the listed order of products categories. This will change the order of products on your menu and inventory.

Sub-categories can also be created and added to a product. 

  • For example, you could mark flower as "sungrown" or an edible for "insomnia relief."

  • Sub-categories are created in the product view page.

  • They are visible on your menu and can be used to filter through products, so make sure they are relevant to customers.

  • Sub-categories can be deleted by removing the sub-category from all associated products.
