Navigate to the Customers section and find the Create Customer button to get started
Enter the customer's name
Email address
Phone number
Now this customer is in your system, but they will still need to provide their documentation (ID, and rec if medical).
They will automatically receive an email with instructions to easily upload their documents.
You can create a customer with only their name and phone number, but it is much easier to stay in contact with them if you have their email also.
