When the shop is busy, and inventory is slightly off, sometimes customers can purchase product from your online menu that you might not have on hand, and that can cause headaches for both your staff and your online shoppers.
Adjust your settings to hide products that have low inventory from your online menu to generate sales seamlessly and give your staff a break from providing new product recommendations on the fly. When Inventory drops below your set threshold, the product will be removed from your online menu. You can also set Inventory Thresholds for your Weedmaps and Leafly menus.
Head to Settings > Inventory, then scroll to Inventory Thresholds.
Leave these options blank if you do not want to set a Threshold amount.
If your inventory is off, it might be time to complete a Cycle Count.
