Use Menu Availability to decide where a product or its options show up.
You can change the status for the entire product or for each option individually to display or not for:
In Store menu (POS)
Online menu (embed)
Weedmaps
Leafly
In the example above, the product "Wedding Cake" is set to show up on all the selected menus. The product will be available at POS, on embed and Weedmaps.
However, the options will only show up where they are selected:
The "Weedmaps Special" option will only be visible up on Weedmaps.
The Promo option will only be visible to your staff at POS. Customers won't see this on your Weedmaps or online embedded menu.
The regularly priced Eighth will be visible both on your embedded menu and in store at POS, but will not show on Weedmaps.
NOTE: All products and options will be visible in Admin regardless of menu availability settings. Orders created in Admin can select any option regardless of what channels they are set to show.
If you have inventory thresholds set up here in your settings, any inventory that is below that value will also be hidden from your online menu or Weedmaps menu. Inventory thresholds will remove a product from the online menus when inventory drops below your set threshold.
