Setting up the Weedmaps integration

Connecting the Weedmaps crawler integration allows WM pull all the data they need for your menus.

Updated over a week ago

Follow the steps below to generate an API key for Weedmaps support and they will get your Meadow account connected for order pushback.

  1. To get started, navigate to your organizations API Settings (https://admin.getmeadow.com/settings/api).
โ€‹This page is not visible in the nav bar - click the link above to view it. Only full privilege admins have access to this page.

  2. Click the "Add Integration" button.

  3. Click the Company drop-down and select "Weedmaps."

  4. Select the "Create Orders" and "Menu Access" checkboxes.

  5. Optional: choose whether the "Orders are created with the status: new" setting is enabled or not for this integration.

    • If you select this option, orders created in Weedmaps will be created as "new" in Meadow, which assigns inventory to them (using the inventory location selected under your Weedmaps Integration settings).

    • If you do not select this option, orders created in Weedmaps will be crated as "draft" in Meadow, which does not assign inventory until you choose the inventory location you want to use for that order.

  6. Optional: Choose whether you want to set an "override" inventory location or zone. This inventory location or zone will be used to sync the products and orders for the menu using this API key.

  7. Copy/paste your API key and send it to your Weedmaps support person.

  8. Ensure pick-up orders and/or delivery orders are enabled in your Meadow settings if you are trying to receive these order types from Weedmaps!

In the video above, we are creating an API key that will sync inventory from and orders to the Palm Springs delivery zone.

Please treat your API key securely! It grants access to all of your data. Do not share with anyone except the company you are integrating with.
