Setting up the Weedmaps Orders Integration

Connecting the Weedmaps legacy integration allows WM to push Orders directly into Meadow Admin to be processed.

Prerequisites

Before setting up the Weedmaps orders integration, ensure your Weedmaps Menu Integration is active in Meadow Admin: https://admin.getmeadow.com/settings/integrations/menu


Generate the API Key

  1. Click Add Integration

  2. From the Company dropdown, select Weedmaps

  3. Check both:

    • Create Orders

    • Menu Access
      These are required for full integration functionality.

  4. Decide on the order creation status:

    • New: Orders in Weedmaps will auto-assign inventory in Meadow based on the selected inventory location.

    • Draft: Orders will be created without inventory assigned until you select a location manually.

  5. Copy your API key and send it to your Weedmaps support contact or email help@weedmaps.com - Always cc support@getmeadow.com

Important: Treat your API key like a password. Only share it with authorized contacts at Weedmaps.


Enable Order Types in Meadow

To receive pickup or delivery orders from Weedmaps, ensure the corresponding settings are enabled in Meadow Admin:


Troubleshooting Product Update Delays

If Weedmaps menu updates are delayed:

  • Check for update queue backlog β€” delays may be due to high volume.

  • Review Meadow setup β€” confirm your integration settings are configured correctly.

  • Review Online Menu Inventory Threshold settings here: https://admin.getmeadow.com/settings/inventory

  • If issues persist, contact Weedmaps Support and cc support@getmeadow.com for faster resolution.


Final Tips

  • Double check your permissions and settings during onboarding to avoid disruptions.

  • Always include Meadow Support in correspondence with Weedmaps to ensure a smooth and supported integration experience.
