If you are creating a reconciliation in Meadow and the package drop down displays "No results found," you likely need to un-finish the package in Meadow first.
Please note:
Ensure you've selected the correct inventory location.
Do not ever touch Metrc packages directly in Metrc when they exist in Meadow.
What is a "finished package?"
When a package reaches 0 units in Meadow, the package status automatically becomes "finished" or completed in Meadow and Metrc overnight.
How to Un-finish a Package in Meadow:
To add inventory to a finished package, first, find the package you need in the "finished" packages list and view it. (Other ways to find finished packages below) ⬇️
Click the three buttons in the top right corner and select "un-finish package"
The package will be unfinished in both Meadow and Metrc.
Create the reconciliation for the now un-finished package to the correct quantity.
These changes will report to Metrc and will be updated in Meadow immediately.
🔎 All of the ways to find finished packages:
Search by the entire Metrc tag ID in Meadow's Metrc Tab. This brings you directly to the package details where you can follow step 2 above (select the 3 dots in the top right hand corner)
Search by the last 4 digits of the Metrc Tag ID in Meadow's Metrc "Finished Packages" tab. Click view to view the package details, and follow step 2.
Navigate to the product profile the Metrc tag was attached to, find the most recent sale, click view, click the Metrc tag link there to view the package details, then follow step 2.
