Anonymous orders are a great way to speed up the intake and checkout process for Adult Use orders (not possible with Medical). They also come in handy if you have any customers who are strongly opposed to sharing any of their personal data. 

To be able to accept anonymous orders:
     - go to your admin 'Settings'
     - select 'Intake / In-store'
     - make sure 'Orders require attached cust' is UNCHECKED

The trade-offs to consider with anonymous orders are that the orders are not saved to the customer's account and they aren't able to utilize the loyalty program.
