If a customer calls in to place an order, you can use the Create Order button to enter it into the system.
You can place an order for a returning customer by looking up their name or email address. For a new customer you will enter their name, email and phone number to create a profile.
This creates a record of the transaction tied to the customer's profile.
It also keeps the data displayed in Inventory and Reporting accurate.
After selecting the customer, you can choose whether this order is for delivery, pickup or in-store under "Type".
