Updated this week

Once again the team has been down the technology mine, working to bring up some new features and functionality generated from working with our customers and pilot sites. As always there's a few things under the hood and a couple bug fixes to keep the machine running smoothly.

Update

Description

Form entry groups

Ability to add on-demand entries to a form to add flexibility to clinicians completing clinical competency, education or administrative forms: Log education activities, enter a new line for a recall or overtime form or add a new skill for signoff.

Extra fields can be used in forms

You can now make use of custom fields associated with your account (e.g. Staff number, AMC number, AHPRA number). When you add the field it will prefill the info associated with that user. If they don't have that info, it will allow them to enter text. Noting that any edits won't be automatically saved to the user profile yet.

Hospitals can contact the Hospital success team if they would like to make use of additional custom fields, or find out more about how it works

Track actual form completion time

Allow direct tracking of actual form completion time (rather than start/finish time). Allows for better assessment of time saving and analysis of results from Form site pilot testing. Internal feature only. This has noUI yet, but we will have data to query later.

Bug Fixes

  • Bugfix: due/closed notifications sent after the form section is completed

  • Bugfix: remove old "webapp user" role. Used in 2023 and later deprecated in favour of using short codes for form completion. (no need to test anything, just dead code removed from the codebase)
