If you use Firefox as your default browser you may have experienced an error when trying to login to the Med App dashboard.

First, please check our minimum requirements page to see if your browser is up to date.

If everything is up to date, try using these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check if your Firefox browser has any plugins installed as this can sometimes interfere with accessing certain websites.

  2. Click on this link https://dash.med.app/logout to hard reset you dashboard login. It will force you to logout of any previous session in the dashboard.

  3. Try logging in again here: https://dash.med.app/

If this has not resolved it we would first recommend trying another browser. Our first recommendation is to use Chrome.
