Logging in and getting started as a Dashboard Manager

Before you can start running quality improvement projects, optimising onboarding, communication and education we need to get your properly setup.

Getting access to your hospital

Your hospital admin should send an invitation to you via SMS on your phone. If you haven't received an invitation you can still download and use our publicly available 'open access' and request access to your hospital:

  1. Download and setup Med App on your mobile phone

  2. Request access to your hospital

  3. If you haven't received access or a response to your request click the live chat in the bottom right and one of our team will help you ๐Ÿ—จ๏ธ


Request account or location manager permissions

Once you have setup your account on your phone request to be upgraded to location or account manager so you can access the admin portal. Contact your hospital success manager or click the live chat in the bottom right and one of our team will help you ๐Ÿ—จ๏ธ


First time logging in to the admin portal

Once you have dashboard manager access, login by doing the following:

  1. Open the dashboard login page dash.med.app

  2. Enter the same credentials setup on your mobile device

    1. Bookmarking tip only save the links above. Once you are inside the dashboard bookmarking can result in login issues later.

  3. Once you are in you should see the below dashboard page for your account


Learning how to use Med App

To get the most out of our platform, optimise admin efficiency and clinical engagement it's important to understand how med app works.

  1. Self onboarding - Start by exploring help centre topics or clicking links on each of the feature pages within the dashboard - See resources at the end of this article

  2. One-on-one training - Our implementation team is trained to understand your hospital needs and offers a onboarding session, you'll need to book this with your hospital success manager.

  3. Ask your peers - It's likely your peers have had training and will be able to support how the basic functions of the platform work

  1. I'm having issues logging on - As of the beginning of May 2022, if you are experiencing issues logging in to the Dashboard please go to the link below and then login as normal. https://dash.med.app/logout
