Setup an email forwarding feature to receive notifications directly to your inbox

With our email forwarding feature, you can receive notifications directly to your inbox when your assessment or form is complete, saving you time and hassle.

Email Forwarding options

There are two ways to set up email forwarding for completed assessments:

  1. Form creation - This will set a 'default' email to all distributions (this can be removed during distribution).

  2. Form distribution - When sending a new distribution add one or multiple email addresses.

Currently, Med App manages form creation, if you'd like a default email to be added, please let us know.

Enabling Email forwarding in new distributions

When you send a new distribution enable forwarding by clicking on the corresponding option and entering an email address.

  1. Open Med App > Communications > Forms & select a form

  2. Press 'new distribution'

  3. Enable forwarding

  4. Add an email address

Enabling Email forwarding in existing distributions

Edit an existing distribution to enable forwarding.

  1. Open Med App > Communications > Forms & select a form

  2. Press the 3 dots at the end of a distribution

  3. Enable forwarding

  4. Add an email address

With email forwarding, you can stay updated on the status of your assessments and forms without having to constantly log into Med App. Set up your email forwarding preferences today and streamline your workflow!
