Email Forwarding options
There are two ways to set up email forwarding for completed assessments:
Form creation - This will set a 'default' email to all distributions (this can be removed during distribution).
Form distribution - When sending a new distribution add one or multiple email addresses.
Currently, Med App manages form creation, if you'd like a default email to be added, please let us know.
Enabling Email forwarding in new distributions
When you send a new distribution enable forwarding by clicking on the corresponding option and entering an email address.
Open Med App > Communications > Forms & select a form
Press 'new distribution'

Enabling Email forwarding in existing distributions
Edit an existing distribution to enable forwarding.
Open Med App > Communications > Forms & select a form
Press the 3 dots at the end of a distribution
