We want you to feel confident about your Luma rental or purchase. Here’s exactly how our refund and cancellation process works.

Rentals

  • Weekly rate: $40/week.

  • No refunds on rental payments that have already been processed.

  • You can return your Luma at any time. Once we receive it back, your rental payments will stop.

  • If your total rental payments reach $1,500, you automatically own your Luma and no further payments are required.


Purchases

  • 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

  • The 7-day period starts on the day your Luma is delivered.

  • To receive a refund, your Luma must be returned in good condition within the 7-day window.


Rentals Converted to Purchases

  • If you start with a rental and later choose to buy your Luma, the 7-day money-back guarantee does not apply.


Special Circumstances

  • We know how deeply pets are loved, and our hearts go out to families who lose theirs. However, our refund and cancellation policies apply to everyone, including in the event of a pet’s passing.
