If your household has more than one companion utilizing Luma therapy, their individual cases can be seamlessly managed under your single master app login.
Because the Luma device and the MedcoVet app operate independently, switching profiles in the app simply updates the on-screen treatment guide for your personal reference. Changing profiles does not change or lock the physical operation of your Luma device.
How to Toggle Profiles:
Open the MedcoVet app.
Locate the pet selection dropdown menu in the top-right area of the home screen.
Select the name of the pet whose protocol you want to review.
Review the correct treatment areas and timers before beginning your session.
Note: If your second pet does not automatically show up inside your profile dropdown selection, do not worry. Reach out to Support with your phone number and both pets' names so we can quickly link the files behind the scenes.
