The Step-by-Step Roadmap
The Clinical Consultation: A MedcoVet clinician evaluates your pet's medical history to determine if light therapy is an appropriate and safe fit.
Account & App Setup: Once approved, a dedicated case file is opened for your pet. You will receive a notification to download the MedcoVet app, where you can securely set up your billing details and shipping address.
Delivery: Your Luma device is securely packed and shipped directly to your home. You will receive tracking coordinates automatically as soon as they are generated.
Protocol Activation: Your pet's custom treatment protocol will automatically populate inside your app directly following the physical delivery of your device.
Beginning At-Home Treatment: Open your box, fully charge the device, select your pet's profile inside the app, and tap Begin Treatment to start your first guided session.
