If a client switches from rental to purchase, can they switch back to rental later?
No, once you switch from rental to purchase, the device is taken out of our rental pool and the client is committed to paying the entire price of the device. It cannot be switched back to rental.
What happens if I select the "Convert to Sale" button? Can I change it back? What is the payment frequency?
Selecting the "Convert to Sale" button commits the client to purchase the device and the remaining payments are split over 12 months. Once committed to a sale, it cannot be changed back to a rental. Payments will come out monthly, not weekly.
