If running short on time (and to prevent overheating of the device), is it better to do fewer treatment spots or include all spots but do for 30 seconds? vs. 60 secs.?

Dosing is crucial, and the response can vary based on the patient. Generally, it's preferable to administer the full dose to each spot, as research indicates that both insufficient and excessive light per spot can slow down the healing process. If pressed for time, it's recommended to treat for 60 seconds per spot rather than 30 seconds across multiple spots. To maximize treatment, you can treat different spots on alternating days or consider scheduling two shorter sessions throughout the day, ensuring each spot receives the optimal dose without overwhelming the device or the patient. Always consult with your veterinarian to tailor the treatment plan according to your pet's specific needs and response to the therapy.
