The choice between "App vs. Paper" primarily affects the manner in which payment and shipping information are captured. Cases set for the "paper" protocol cannot input this data through the app, requiring the clinic to manually provide these details.
How to Change from "App" to "Paper" Protocol:
Currently, the system does not allow changes to the "App vs. Paper" preference once a case is created. The setting mainly exists to make the "address" and "payment info" fields mandatory during the case creation, ensuring clinics provide essential details for those not using the app.
Steps to Download the "Paper" Protocol as a PDF:
Access the Treatment Case Page:
Begin by logging into the portal.
Open the specific treatment case page for the patient.
Navigate to the "Walk Through Protocol" Option:
In the vertical menu on the left-hand side, select "Walk Through Protocol".
Generate and Download the Protocol:
At the top right of the first treatment step, you'll see a "Print Protocol" button. Click it.
Wait for 5-10 seconds. The system will generate a .pdf file of the treatment protocol.
This .pdf will open in a new browser tab. You can download it directly from this tab. Note: The download button's location might vary based on your browser and operating system.
