The minimum number of paid users for a Mediatool account is 10. You are of course free to use Mediatool with less than 10 users, but we do have a minimum payment offering of 10 user accounts.

On the other end, we don’t have a cap on how many paid licenses you could add to your account.

Some of our customers have accounts with users up in the hundreds. We can create custom packages for enterprise companies and agencies based on individual needs and user access required from your clients.
