Plan Navigation

Plan Navigation enables the creation of a folder Hierarchy which can be set as a default structure, shared publicly or kept as a private view per user. This means that users can set up a structure to suit their own requirements.

Create a New Hierarchy

  1. To create a folder hierarchy go to General Settings and click the "Create folder hierarchy" button

  2. Name the folder hierarchy Select the structure, this can be selected by Date - Year or Quarter, or by Tag Categories

  3. Select Private or Public hierarchy and Submit

View Plans

To view current plans, click on Select plan to view list of plans.

Global and Subsidiary Hierarchies

  1. A Global Hierarchy can be created in General Settings and can be set as the Global default

  2. A subsidiary can create an Organisational default in their Subsidiary General Settings - when a hierarchy is set as default on a Subsidiary level, this supersedes the Global default

Default setting - no hierarchy set

Until the first folder structure has been created and set, by default all plans will be listed in alphabetical order.

Archiving a Plan

Archived plans, when displayed will have an archive icon & will be greyed out. They are displayed along side open plans.
