Plan Navigation
Plan Navigation allows the creation of a folder hierarchy to display your list of plans in Mediatool, which can be set as a default structure, shared publicly, or kept as a private view for each user. This flexibility enables you to tailor the structure to your own or your team's requirements.

Global and Subsidiary Hierarchies
A Global Hierarchy can be created in General Settings and can be set as the Global default
A subsidiary can create an Organisational default in their Subsidiary General Settings - when a hierarchy is set as default on a Subsidiary level, this supersedes the Global default
Default setting - no hierarchy set
Until the first folder structure has been created and set, by default all plans will be listed in alphabetical order.
Where can you find archived plans?
Archived plans, when displayed will have an archive icon and will be greyed out. They are displayed alongside open plans.
