Adding Megan into Greenhouse
Follow the steps in this article to invite megan+COMPANYNAME@mega.hr to Greenhouse as a Job Admin: Private.
COMPANYNAME should be replaced with the full name of your company without any spaces.
For example, for a company named Acme Corp, you could use megan+acmecorp@mega.hr. If you have any questions on this, please contact your Mega HR Account Manager or email partner-support@mega.hr.
Who can do this: Greenhouse Site Admins and Job Admins with permission to invite users and reactivate deactivated accounts.
Select current and future jobs
When you set job permissions, choose the existing jobs you want Megan to join, then turn on access for all future jobs so you save time and no job is forgotten.
*You’ll see a job in Mega only when two things are true: in Greenhouse, Megan is set as a 'Job Admin: Private', and you are on that job’s hiring team. If a job doesn’t meet both conditions, either Megan isn’t in both roles or you’re not assigned to the hiring team, you won’t see that job in Mega.
