You’ll need to set up your User Profile before using the Comments and Community feature for the best possible experience.

This is where you can choose your desired username and display name which will be shown anytime you create a post or reply to a comment on your products, pages, blog, or community. Your members will also have the ability to tag you once you completed this step.

By default, our system will prompt you to set this up if you’re using this feature for the first time. Simply click the ‘Go to Profile’ button and it’ll take you to where you can fill in your info.

Alternatively, you can go to the 'admin menu' in the top right corner of your account and select 'Profile'.

Complete all the fields under the ‘Edit Profile’ section and click 'Save Profile'.

The Username will be used for tagging purposes (@username) and the Display name will be shown beside your Display Picture. See below for an example taken from our ungated community.

That’s it! You’ve successfully created your profile and can now interact with your members.
