Our product action "Ghosts on Product" lets you trigger actions after a member has been inactive for a set number of days since being added to a product.
To set up this action:
Click the pencil and paper icon next to the product you'd like to edit, and scroll down to the Actions section.
Select "Add Action"
Under "When this happens..." select "Ghosts on a Product"
The "How long inactive" box will populate for you, and you can select anywhere from 1 to 30 days.
Under "Do This" you can add a tag, send yourself a notification, etc.
We recommend using this action to add a tag that triggers a specific nurture email sequence in your email service to re-engage your buyer and lead them back into your product.
