Hot leads and warm leads have been a feature in MemberVault for awhile now, and now they get a brand new space of their own plus a few shiny updates!
You can find this section in your admin dashboard under "Activity" > "Leads."
The Leads page is split into three sections: Search, Hot Leads and Warm Leads.
Date Search
In this section you can filter your Hot Leads and Warm Leads by specific dates or by the Product or Offer you want displayed in the Hot and Warm Leads sections.
Hot Leads
Hot Leads are logged-in members who repeatedly view a product they don't own.
This section shows your top 3 products with Hot Leads, a list of members who are Hot Leads + includes the ability to tag those members in your email tool (if you're using one of our direct email service providers).
You can either tag all of your Hot Leads across multiple products (which can be handy if you offer discovery calls or don't need specific messaging to address hot leads across certain products), or you can filter to one specific product and tag those Hot Lead members with a more product-specific Hot Leads tag.
Once your Hot Lead purchases your product, they're removed from the list.
Note: The Email Tagging section applies your tag straightaway, so if you want to trigger a Hot Leads automation that's based on that tag, make sure you've created that automation first.
You can also use our "Becomes a Hot Lead" Action Trigger in your Product to automatically tag a member once they reach a certain number of Hot Lead views for your product (we personally like to set this to 3 views).
Warm Leads
This section shows you a list of logged-in members who have viewed your teaser content for a product once but don't yet own it. They'll move to the Hot Leads section if they view the content two or more times, and they'll be removed from the Warm Leads list if they purchase the product or offer.
Tagging is only available for the Hot Leads section. You can use the Warm Leads to help you track interest and traffic on your site!
