How to Connect Keap to your MemberVault Account

Keap is one of our direct email service providers. Here is how to integrate it with your MV!

Here is how to connect your Keap/Infusionsoft account to MemberVault:

  1. In your MemberVault admin dashboard, click "Integrations" > "Email" in the left side menu.

  2. Under "Email Service Connection," select "Keap" from the dropdown menu next to "Company."

  3. Click "Connect to Infusionsoft," which will take you to this screen:

  4. Depending on how your login is set up with Keap, you can either login via Google or enter your Keap email and password.

  5. Once you've signed into Keap, you'll see a screen prompting you to grant permission for MemberVault to access your Keap account. Click "Allow."

  6. That's all there is to it! Once you're connected to Keap, you'll see a green bar across the top of your Email Service Connection in MemberVault.
