How to Maximize your MemberVault Account

The Old Way

You likely have some content that you give away for free as a way to get people onto your list and build trust. These freebies are typically just emailed, or on a hidden page of your website which doesn't really help you engage your customers or sell at the right time.

The MemberVault Way

Instead, we encourage you to upload your freebies to MemberVault, and prompt your users to log in there to check out the freebie. Once inside, they'll see the freebie they wanted, but they'll also see teaser content and links to buy/engage with you more.

This puts the customer into a "Binge and Buy" mode. You're making it easy for them to binge on your content, build trust, and buy more of what they like. Most buyers will buy in the same day they opted in for the freebie. And for those who don't, you can follow up by email to nudge them back into your account.

To make the most of your MemberVault account, you'll want to be sure there are multiple ways for people to engage with you once they land on your MV.

  • Do you have a free lead magnet product, so they can get on your email list? If you don't want to put your free lead magnets in your MemberVault, you can also link to a sign up form for your email list in the announcement bar or as a footer link.

  • Do you have a paid product (or multiple) that they can purchase?

  • Are you linking to your social media accounts in your footer and/or other places you show up online, like YouTube/podcast/etc?

  • Are you sending a welcome email when someone signs up for your product(s)? Learn more about how to trigger emails to send.

  • Are you linking to your MV and/or your offer(s) in your MV in your emails and social media posts? Do you have a link in your email footer and/or your social media profiles? Learn more about what links to share, and when/where to share them.

These are all great places to start with your MemberVault, so that as many people as possible convert to subscribers and clients.
