[Note: this article uses an audio file as an example, however, this exact same process will work for a video file.]

If you have an audio file that you wish to embed in your lesson or module, know that it's possible to do so in MemberVault.

Our system is equipped with a default audio (and video) player. Here is how to get it working on your account.

Step 1: Upload your audio file (currently supports mp3, .wav) to the lesson by going to the Lesson Files area:

Step 2: After adding the file, right-click and copy the URL of the file location.

Step 3: On your Lesson Text editor, click the 3 dots and the "Insert/Edit Media" button:

Step 4: In the pop-up, paste in the URL of your audio file, and click ok.

You should see a media block in your content window for placement, but not to worry, this isn't what your user will see on their end.

Step 5: Save the lesson, then view the lesson as a user. You should see an audio player that is styled and fully responsive to whatever width and device they are on.

That's it! You've successfully embedded your audio file into your lesson.

Next time your users log in, they'll be able to play the audio/video right from within their lesson area.
