Perhaps one of your user's payments have failed and you wish to temporarily suspend their access without them losing their progress in your product.
When you remove a user's access to a product, they will not lose their progress and will pick up where they left off once they have regained access.
You can manually re-add the user once you see the payment successfully resume.
Alternatively, or you can send your user a note to let them know you have temporarily removed access to the product and they can repurchase it to resume their subscription. Having them repurchase with the same email address they used to initially sign up will automatically resume their access.
