If you have a membership or another type of product where you're collecting recurring payments, you now have the ability to offer a coupon code for a select number of months before your members start paying full price for your product or offer.

Here's how to do it:

  1. In your edit settings, make sure your Sign Up Type is set to "Payment (allow users to buy product)".

  2. Under "Allowed Payment Types," select "Stripe Only." The Coupon Duration feature is only supported by Stripe and will not work for PayPal, so in order to use this you'll need to only be offering Stripe as a payment option.

  3. Set up a Payment Option and select Recurring Monthly, Yearly, or Weekly. Then click "add coupon."

  4. Add your coupon name and amount. By default, this coupon code will be set to take the same amount off the total every month unless you change this.

  5. To set the Discount Duration for the first month, select "First Month" from the dropdown menu.

  6. Scroll to the end of the Sign-up box, click save, and you're good to go!

For monthly recurring payments you also have the option to set a custom number of months (i.e. 3 months, 12 months) where you discount the full price of your offer. This is only available on monthly payments and not for yearly or weekly recurring payments.
