When adding or editing a user in Mentionlytics, you can choose between 3 different access levels: Admin, Editor, or Viewer.
Viewer
A viewer can only view results and filter them, as well as assign/unassign a mention to a user and assign/unassign a label.
A viewer cannot add, edit or delete keywords/trackers in the system.
They cannot delete or edit a mention (sentiment, relevance, etc.), nor edit/add tags, and they cannot perform bulk actions.
Lastly, viewers do not have access to the Settings options (aside from basic User Setup).
Editor
Similar to the Viewer access, an editor can only view results and filter them, as well as assign/unassign a mention to a user and assign/unassign a label.
The main difference between the viewer level is that an editor can delete or edit a mention (sentiment, relevance, etc.), edit/add tags, and can perform bulk actions.
An editor cannot add, edit or delete keywords/trackers in the system.
Lastly, editors do not have access to the Settings options (aside from basic User Setup, as well as the ability to add mentions manually and the Monitored FB pages).
Admin
Anyone who has admin access in Mentionlytics can perform any action in the system with no restrictions.
One admin user has “Owner” access as well, meaning this is the only person who can change access to another admin or remove another admin user.
Tip
You cannot restrict access to specific trackers of any user.
The only way to achieve this is through our add-on feature "Shared Dashboards". This feature allows you to share “view-only” insights and reports with external parties (e.g., clients or internal stakeholders) through a personalized/custom dashboard under your own brand, and personalize the access to specific trackers/filters, etc.
