In Mentionlytics, you have the option to pause a tracker at any time to temporarily stop collecting new mentions.
How to pause a tracker
Go to your Trackers section.
Hover over the tracker you want to pause.
On the left side of the tracker row, click the Pause icon.
Once paused, the tracker will stop collecting new mentions.
Please note that any mentions that occur during the paused period will not be collected and cannot be recovered.
⚠️ Important: When a tracker is paused, all the keywords it contains are paused as well.
How to reactivate a tracker
Hover over the paused tracker.
Click the Pause icon again.
After reactivation, the tracker will start collecting mentions from that moment onward.
